• Master Log discontinuation project: As the business was shifted from MS Excel to IRS & Duck Creek software, which were capable of generating the ITD data of the business, the MS Excel based transactions were uploaded to these systems via backend. The project was to ensure that the entire Excel based data was uploaded correctly on the said systems.

• Processing Quotes Bound and Endorsement by reading the policy slips and supporting documents
• Performing quality check on all the accounts and ensuring no data / formatting issues on the accounts done by the team as there was no fancy software and team was creating the records on MS Excel environment
• Doing Sanctioned Screening for the cleared accounts and ensuring that the Risk or any of its entity does not fall under Iranian territory or any other territory which has been banned by the regulations authority
• Preparing the Master Log at day-end. This is the Inception till date data of the organization
• Performing various reconciliation based on the requirements, majorly to check the premiums and other financial values given on the Bound slip vs the Master Data log
• KPI Report:-Key Performance Indicator reports are the one which shows the true picture of the business from each and every angle and are submitted to the BHSI COO& CFO of Australasia, Asia and USA. Majorly KPI report contains the below mentioned reports:

• Business Performance Report

• Performing quality check on the accounts processed by the team mates.
• Creating day start and day end report and sharing it with the team and client.
• Sending Advance Renewal & Non-renewal letters to brokers for the accounts which are due in near future

• Creating Submissions for the request received from Underwriters in common mailbox and turn them back within TAT of 24 working hours.
• Doing pricing of the policy, wherein we need to identify the losses and exposures from the submission documents and further uploading them into a tool to determine the policy premium.
