Model build / Earnings updates:

• Assisting global equity analysts in building end-to-end excel based financial models for initiating coverage.
• Analyze and integrate sector based operating metrics to project major line items like Revenues, EBITDA etc. using as key drivers for company.
• Updating company financials, capturing news, performance outlook and corporate actions disclosure based on company events and earnings release.
• Link and/or Review analyst’s model to ensure they adhere to Citi’s modeling standards.
• Assisting with ad-hoc analysis and queries as may be required by lead analysts.

Project management:

• Managing and executing critical project for North American listed companies to automate the model update process on behalf of analysts.
• Active participant in administrating the development & upscaling of project to serve ~30 U.S. based analyst and onboarded >300 companies within 2 years of project initiation.
• Work closely with key stakeholders (internally and data management vendor) to ensure smooth adoption of analyst’s covered stocks and proposing plan of action for upcoming initiations.
• Trouble-shooting any concerns or issues raised by analyst in adopting the automation tool.
• Orienting new team members about team’s responsibilities and project details and training them for quick onboarding.

• Assisting front office junior and senior global equity analysts in Inter-linking financial model to sector specific financial uploaders sheets (JP Morgan’s standard template) to maintain and present data in Global Financial Database (GFD).
• Performing data quality checks for assuring J.P. Morgan’s Financial Estimates, Rating, Price Target, PT End Date, Analyst information are correctly available on JPMM and financial portals like Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters (Refinitiv) S&P Global etc.
• Responsible for data migration and managing commercialization of Australia & New Zealand data feeds for external clients.
• Assist in build equity research and interactive products for Global markets and external stakeholders.
• Other activities include training junior analysts about financial uploaders, and delivering ad- hoc requests request by management and clients.

• Analyzing financial statements of sector specific companies using sell-side broker models.
• Building, maintaining & analyzing financial consensus / models for Global firms illustrating a Company’s reported historical financials and projecting expected results.
• Updating financial consensus during earnings seasons and following corporate actions.
• Tracking company news, financial performances, and relevant industry information using company releases like 10Q and Annual reports, Finance portals like Bloomberg website, Yahoo Finance etc.
• Individually leading multiple projects and managing team of 4 to cater to client expectations for timely delivery of financial consensus product, error-fixes, and quality enhancements.
