  • Lead a team of 25+ professionals, having oversight on P&C Insurance segment reserves finalization in collaboration with the Actuarial teams and preparation of a detailed walk from actuarial reserves to finance ledger balances.
  • Manage global insurance P&L analysis, including loss ratio assessment and full balance sheet reconciliations of claims reserves.
  • Managing Holding & Service companies accounting reporting & reconciliation functions including expense analysis, financial statement finalization, debt accounting, and insightful BS & P&L commentaries.
  • SME for fixed asset accounting, lease accounting (IFRS 16), long-term equity & deferred compensation accounting for the organization. Acting as a catalyst between various operations teams (such as HR, workplace, etc.) and local entity controllers by providing support in key areas such as the computation of accurate expense booking, the preparation of annual footnotes, and facilitating audit requests, etc.
