• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision, Ensuring efficient space utilization, Preservation of Stock as per standards & Policies of Co and FCI, while assuring standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Liaisoning with FCI, Pungrain, suppliers and Logistic Companies.
• Presented concise, data-driven recommendations to facilitate decision-making regarding Stocks.
• Performed well and During the Tenure got promoted from Area Manager to regional Manager

Ensuring Co-ordination from Purchase Planning to Final Dispatch of Exports of Stocks, included calculating & Communicating Raw material & Packing Material Purchase Requirements , Looking after Production Planning Schedules , Logistics Planning till Final Container Dispatch as per the Exports Suppliers Orders.

Monitoring & Ensuring all the procedures, safety regulations and quality standards for Export Clearance, Ensuring Timely sampling of shipments from Third parties (SGS, GEOCHEM, EUROFIN, COTECNA)

Delivering Timely MIS Reports of Inventory, dispatch, Delivery & payment received against shipments,· Particular strengths and experience within SAP ERP.

Initially Joined as Executive & then worked as Assistant Manager in Production Planning & Control Department & also Handled Sale of Non branded Products of Co.

Working Included, Stock Inventory Planning and minimizing inventory holdings, Develop scheduling systems & Production plans, Material Procurement Planning.

Liaised between departments that harmonized demand with key production capacity, Collated all daily and weekly production figures and produced management reports, developed key planning indicators, reports and graphs.
