• Sales and billing-related analysis outcomes: Identified a revenue loss of 20 lacs quarterly for the billing department by relating the charge start date of the customer and the customer data usage date, and leakages in self-leads (10% of total leads) to channel partners for the sales team. Low lead-to-activation reasons by highlighting the major gap of searching in the wrong database for the inside sales team.
• Automation: Automated sales target report and created a dynamic dashboard by utilizing statistical models, such as regression analysis and clustering, using Power BI.
• Gaps in marketing campaigns: Highlighting reasons for low conversion ratios, product-wise and location-wise.
• Other key insights include inefficiencies in churn and retention by highlighting delays in efforts and wrong practices that impact retaining bonuses, license management optimization, interest calculation for invoice discounting, fraud in the procurement process, system gaps, and fraud in the reimbursement process, etc.
