MANAGEEMENT

• To manage and motivate all departmental staff, to enable the students to receive skilled education in the subject, in a positive, encouraging and effective working environment.
• Coordinating administrative procedures and optimizing efficiency.
• Hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, certificate award functions etc.
• Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.

MARKETING

• To promote objectives of the Institute of supplying skilled manpower to the Gems & Jewellery Trade and Industry for growing exports.
• Promote the visibility of the Institute.
• Organize Seminars / Webinars/Workshop/training programmes in topics of relevance and importance to the institute.
• Coordination for publicity and advertisement of the Institute to increase students' enrollment and strengthen Institute Brand Equity.

FINANCIALS

• Prepare the annual budget for the financial year with necessary justification for the proposed procurement of equipment, machinery, instrument, computer, software, etc.
• Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
• Managing income and expenditure in order to promote financial sustainability
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and procedures.
