I am presently working as a Piping Engineer (since April 2011) for Technip Energies (T.EN), & currently working in the Hydrocracking (HDC) Unit for the Beaumont GOLD Project (USA), Beaumont Refinery/Chemical Plant.

• Successfully finished as a piping layout engineer for the below-mentioned projects.
• Has been deputed in Bahrain, Petroleum (B.S.C.). (Bahrain) on site.
  
• Successfully completed the shutdown for ROGC (Revamp) as a piping engineer, Capacity Enhancement (Jam Nagar), India.
  
• Worked for Sempra LNG (Baja, California).
• Worked for ARCTIC LNG-2-GBS LNG, and SGC Plant MTO Activity.
• I worked for the Jebel Ali Refinery Expansion Project, ENOC Processing Company.
• I worked for the OCTP-Onshore Receiving Facility (ORF) and had been deputed to Technip Ghana (West Africa).
• I worked as a Senior Piping Engineer and had been deputed to Technip USA for the Westlake Chemical Charles Project and Sasol Chemicals (USA) LLC-EOEG Unit, Louisiana (Lake Charles), USA.
  Reliance Off Gas Cracker, Jamnagar, India, Algiers Refinery Rehabilitation, and Adaptation Project Unit for Sulphur Block.
• BHP Billiton - Australia Project NKW Modular Hydrogen Plant.
• I worked on the project of the Longson Olefins Plant in South Vietnam with KLOC.
• Algiers Refinery Rehabilitation and Adaptation Project Unit for Sulfur.

Present key responsibilities:

• Supervision of area-related activities, including leading a team of five designers.
  Review of piping design progress with SPR, with direct reporting to the Piping Lead Engineer.
  Development of equipment and piping layout.
  Modeling and supporting compressors, columns, pumps, etc. Review of equipment, civil vendor drawings.
  Responsible for piping design and MTO activities.
  Cross-checking of P&ID as per piping changes.
  Detailed model review with the client, planning and delivering the IFC isometric meeting project plan.
  Checking of unit plot plans, overall plot plans, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities: As a Piping Engineer.

Responsible for the basic study of engineering, piping, and equipment layout, and modeling.

Comments: Incorporation of 15%, 30%, and 60% model review as per the client requirement, isometric extraction, GAD extraction with modularizations, nozzle report, developing piping and equipment layouts, area division, and nozzle orientation.

Independently handled tankage area, pumps interconnecting pipe racks, clash check and reports, directly coordinating with process, civil, electrical, and instrumentation departments.

• 1. Routing of Pipe’s as per P&ID considering the process Using PDS software.
• 2. Responsible for modeling of Pipe Routing to Tower, Exchangers, Drums and pumps & other Equipment’s.
• 3. Supporting pipes as per planning & study, guidelines and using support standards.
• Modelling and modifying of Equipment’s by using vendor Data sheets and fixing Nozzle Orientation by using (PDS) Software.
• Placing Physical and Logical Support Modelling in PDS.
• 6. Extraction of Piping GAD’s by using (PDS) software.
• 7. Extraction of piping isometric drawings in Smart Plant (PDS) for field and shop fabrication.
• 8. Routing of Utility lines as per client specification and plant layout Requirement.
• Preparation of support sketches on 2D using AutoCAD, and detail drawings with special supports, including MTO.
• 10. Preparations of preliminary material take off.
