· Responsible for the complete P&L of the city

· Driving a cohesive growth strategy for the business by strategizing demand creation and supply replenishment functions

· Responsible for ensuring process and policy adherence across functions, with a focus on delivering the best-in-class customer experience

· Launched Zoomcar Host Program and grew the city to be the second largest across the North region in terms of the number of cars on the program
