  • Profitability : Review & regulate OPEX to improve bottom line. Annual OPEX managed was 480 crores.
  • Compliance management : Secure permissions/licenses/approvals (bldg plan approvals, factory license, pollution control board clearance, shop establishment act, labor license etc) for all Retail (COCO) locations.
  • Process & policies : Developed process & policies (authorization policy, credit policy etc) for Retail Business to smoothen operations & reduce complexities in taking customer centric decisions.
