Visit existing potential customers for new business opportunities.
Visit new customers for growth of business, as well as to know capabilities of a particular.
Generate new leads through cold calling and attending industry events.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing commercial & technical support, information, and guidance. Update customers with new products & solutions.
Design‑in, pre‑sales and demos :
Involve with customer design teams to define requirements and position suitable components securing design‑in wins annually.
Deliver technical presentations and lab demos of evaluation boards and reference designs to design engineers and purchase teams across key accounts.
Work with FAEs and quality teams to resolve application and reliability queries, reducing sample‑to‑design‑in cycle time.
Provide customers with quotations as per demand to get a purchase order.
· OPEN ORDER MANAGEMENT
Process all customers' PO, updating all RFQs, quotes in the Company’s database (CRM).
Manage availability of purchase orders with the supplier as per customers' demand in order to achieve regular business.
Make available product samples to customer for testing & pilot orders.
Check with logistics department if shipments are being dispatched properly to customer.
· SOURCING
Processing RFQ, taking quotation from supplier, Coordinate and negotiate with supplier for better pricing.
Coordinate with product manager of particular for understanding product, technical information, availability of future orders and commercial terms.
Check with purchase department to manage inventory.
