I am currently working as a Senior Finance Officer with the National Biopharma Mission, an Industry-Academia Collaborative Mission under the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, aimed at accelerating early development of biopharmaceuticals. This mission is being implemented by BIRAC (Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council), a Public Sector Undertaking of DBT. I have been with BIRAC since 2019, contributing over 5 years of dedicated service in financial operations, budgeting, compliance (TDS, GST), and grant management in a mission-driven, research-intensive environment.
Previously, I worked as a Junior Manager – Accounts at IIT Delhi for 2 years, where I managed institutional finance and project accounting. With a total of 8 years of professional experience, I bring deep expertise in managing government-funded projects, vendor payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
