• Incharge of maintaining the process flow based on customer requirement without any kind of process violation.
• Train manpower on how to operate on their respective stages, to monitor their understanding and processing skill and certify them accordingly inorder to make them a multi skilled person.
• To find the exact rootcause of the failure and take corrective actions as to decrease the failure trend. To create awareness regarding the retest rate, and to ensure they perform their stage process in an effective manner.
• To analyse whether there are any abnormalities in the product, both cosmetic and functional, and to take corrective actions based on the analysis.
• Submit a report on a weekly basis on the top failure with its root cause, risk station, risk OP, corrective actions taken, and its trend.
• CFT (Cross-Functional Team) meetings will be conducted on a daily basis to discuss the yield, failure symptoms, and actions taken accordingly. All the issues face by the each team will be discussed and problems will be solved.

Calibration:

• Calibration of plug gauges and caliper gauges using Electrical Comparator,2D height gauge, slip box.
• Calibration of plunger dial, bore dial using Mitutoyo I-checker.

Component inspection:

• Inspection of components circularity, cylindricity, perpendicularity, runout, concentricity using Rondcom 60 machine.
• Roughness and contour testing using Mar-surf contour and roughness tester.
• Basic knowledge in operation of CMM(Co-ordinate measuring system) for the inspection of all important parameters of axle beam, flywheel, spacer, and other heavy components.

• Technical trainer in SEZ(Special Economic Zone) responsible in training the manpower regarding the project process flow and stage operation.
• Analyzing the ability of the manpower and train them in different stages of work as a process of making them a multiskilled labor.
• Training the manpower in such a manner to achieve the fixed yield(target).
• Analyzing and finding the root-cause and corrective actions for the workman scrap related issues. In-charge of maintaining the WMS related scrap in the minimum level.
• Train the manpower regarding 5S, Hazardous and Non hazardous materials.
