Our plant is one of the groups in the organization of ANDHRA SUGARS LIMITED. We are manufacturing 500TPD of caustic soda with Membrane Electrolysis Technology for the production of highly pure caustic soda. Bye-products are chlorine and hydrogen gas. Products are Caustic soda (lye and flakes), liquid chlorine, hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite.

• Continuous monitoring and operating the parameters within the safe limits.
• Operating parameters like temperature, pressure, and flows.
• Maintaining tank levels to avoid overflow.
• Monitoring intake flows, outlet temperature, and pressures.

• Observe all pipeline joints and packings every 2 hours.
• Check manual pressure gauge.
• Monitor all pumps' sounds, oil levels, and pump seal pressures every hour.

• Involve in plant stoppages during start-up/shutdown of the plant.
