Summary

I am a focused & successful person who is good at multi-tasking and delivering prompt and friendly service to all customers. My ability to maintain a positive attitude and great sense of humour always helps with peak hours or long shifts. I am a team player with the ability to provide exceptional guest service. Fortunate to have travelled in my life, I have picked up along the way a unique set of skills which allows me not only to communicate with everyone from around the world but also be sensitive to cultural differences or mannerisms. This in turn allows me to be who I am and stand my ground whilst respecting everyone, even in the most difficult of customer scenarios. I am a fun loving and energetic human. I love to work in a team but am not afraid to take on work and execute it independently.
