  • As the Team Manager of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Department, you will oversee a team of 191 individuals, including 2 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and 1 Process Coach. My primary responsibility is to lead, mentor, and support team members to ensure the efficient operation of the RCM department and the achievement of performance goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • 6. Escalation Management: Address any escalated issues or challenges within the team promptly, working with stakeholders to find solutions and prevent recurrence.
