• Oversee the meticulous validation of research data, ensuring accuracy and precision in metrics such as Carbon, Water, Energy, and various Social and Governance indicators.
• Conduct comprehensive quality checks starting from collecting raw data, resulting in the successful execution of stringent checks for over 5000 companies to date.
• Play a key role in researching environmental themes, focusing on metrics related to Air pollution, Water, Energy, and Waste, as well as social themes such as Health & Safety and Women in the workforce.
• Contributed to the research of more than 5000+ companies worldwide to assess their ESG impact, leading to the negative screening of companies and influencing product enhancements, including Risk Rating, SFDR-BMR, and SFDR-PAI (Principal Adverse Impact).
• Demonstrate a profound understanding of prominent reporting standards and frameworks, including GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), TCFD (Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures), and SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board), ensuring adherence to industry best practices
• Developed data collection strategies and monitored data quality for optimal research results.

As a dedicated volunteer with the Institute for Integrated Rural Development (IIRD), I had the privilege of contributing to meaningful initiatives aimed at uplifting rural communities. This experience allowed me to hone my leadership and organizational skills while making a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.

Key Achievements and Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Led and managed a team of 20 interns, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful execution of various projects.
• One Light Campaign: Initiated and organized the "ONE LIGHT CAMPAIGN" during the challenging times of the pandemic. This campaign not only raised crucial funds but also served as a beacon of hope for those affected by the global health crisis.
• Support for Vulnerable Groups: Provided essential job assistance, including sewing masks, specifically targeting women. Additionally, extended support in the form of food and other necessities to migrant workers and housemaids, addressing their immediate needs during the pandemic-induced hardships.
• International Webinar: Orchestrated an impactful international webinar on "PANDEMIC & ALTERNATIVE LIVELIHOOD," bringing together experts and participants to discuss innovative approaches to livelihood challenges posed by the pandemic.
