In my current role as Project Manager -SI at NOKIA, I am responsible for deployment of Cloud infra on HP/DELL/CISCO&Nokia AIRFRAME HW,Deployment,testing&go-live of VoLTE VNF's i.e. TAS/CFX/NN/MRF, proof of concepts. At present I am leading IMS and VoLTE team of 38 experts for MUM/MAH/MP/GUJ,AP,KK and CHN&TN circles.
Key Activities
Planning and executing the 2G & 3G deployment of Aircel- MaxisTelecom circles.
Overall Responsible for 'Deployment' in assigned Circles i.e. Mumbai,Delhi,Haryana,across all Technologies i.e 2G, 3G, LTE, CORE, MW etc. Overall responsible for the project commercials within the assigned circles ( Material & Services). Responsible for monthly target sign-off with mobility in consolation with Project Managers. Timely completion of deployment as per the sign-off targets/customer demand and ensuring capacity sign-off wrt the deployment. Budget Monitoring & Control - Approval of circle budgets in line with business forecast, and responsible for maintaining the cost within approved budget. Approval of Material Plan wrt sign-off targets, inventory monitoring and control and monthly/quarterly material reconciliation.
Network Implementation & Services delivery for the Account.
