In my current role as Project Manager -SI at NOKIA, I am responsible for deployment of Cloud infra on HP/DELL/CISCO&Nokia AIRFRAME HW,Deployment,testing&go-live of VoLTE VNF's i.e. TAS/CFX/NN/MRF, proof of concepts. At present I am leading IMS and VoLTE team of 38 experts for MUM/MAH/MP/GUJ,AP,KK and CHN&TN circles.
Key Activities

Planning and executing the 2G & 3G deployment of Aircel- MaxisTelecom circles.
Overall Responsible for 'Deployment' in assigned Circles i.e. Mumbai,Delhi,Haryana,across all Technologies i.e 2G, 3G, LTE, CORE, MW etc. Overall responsible for the project commercials within the assigned circles ( Material & Services). Responsible for monthly target sign-off with mobility in consolation with Project Managers. Timely completion of deployment as per the sign-off targets/customer demand and ensuring capacity sign-off wrt the deployment. Budget Monitoring & Control - Approval of circle budgets in line with business forecast, and responsible for maintaining the cost within approved budget. Approval of Material Plan wrt sign-off targets, inventory monitoring and control and monthly/quarterly material reconciliation.
Network Implementation & Services delivery for the Account.

• Preparing, Planning, Executing, Monitoring, Controlling & Rolling out of
Network Nodes as per Project Plan
• SPOC at Circle Level for Network Deployment & Services for the Account.

• Deployment of Cabinet expansion and direct addition of TRX in existing sites as per Grow/Degrow plan approved by planning team.
• Coordination with planning team for SR, SP and SO of 2G, 3G and upgrade sites.
• Coordination with strategic partner Nokia & Ericsson for Roll Out of 3G and 2G sites and up gradation of existing sites.
• Coordination with TOCO like Indus, Infratel and third party for making the anchor and sharing sites RFAI
• Deft in swiftly ramping up projects with competent cross-functional skills & ensuring on-time deliverables.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and skilled in developing effective working relationships with team members including internal and external resources.
• Prepare monthly 2G and 3G Rollout reports and weekly status report in prescribed Circle, HUB and MO format.
• Coordination with SCM and SP team for CIP & CWIP inventory.

My responsibilities included coordination with Nokia for site allocation,HW delivery at site,BTS Site Installation

MW link installation ,Link Alignment,Quality Audits.

Site commissioning ,integration with BSC etc.

Handover to Ops team.

WCC sign-off etc.
