1. KPI & Process Monitoring:
• Monitor Core Department (Production, Quality, Maintenance) KPIs and objective achievements daily for gap analysis.
• Guide the MIS Officer for effective daily monitoring and reporting of performance metrics.
• Prepare formats and data sheets for process control and floor-level management in core departments.
• Analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present the Monthly Operational Review Report to the cross-functional team.
2. 5S & Process Discipline:
• Monitor and Guide with the 5S Coordinator to ensure proper 5S implementation and awareness among the workforce.
3. Internal Audits & RM Rejection:
• Participate and Lead Internal audits.
• Planning and Conducting Monthly Process Audits for IMS Adherence Monitoring
