Responsibilities

Deputy Project Manager -Project management (Cooling Tower Package for BS-VI project for IOCL Projects at Panipat, Vadodara & Haldia refinery) with M/s EIL as PMC Engineer.

Project Management & planning:

Ø Prepare cash flow and updation on monthly basis to achieve the project deadlines.

Ø Cooling tower & dosing packages Techno-Commercial finalization.

Ø Working knowledge of Primavera software for Planning and scheduling.

Ø Attend Monthly review meetings with client.

Ø Monitoring project activities and coordinating with various agencies to maintain targeted schedules.

Ø Reviewed the (BTG & ESP) Engineering drawings and P&ID’s of PF Boiler, Steam Turbine, and Thermal cycle and also check the implementation of comments.

Ø Reviewed the Piping layout, Equipment layout and also check the implementation of comments.

Ø Reviewed the(Basic and Detail Engineering) Design Basis Report, P&ID’s and Technical Specification of certain BOP packages – Air Cooled Condenser, Plant Water System, Coal Handling System, PHE ,HVAC,WTP,Fuel Oil Handling System,Misc.Pumps and check the implementation of Comments.

Ø BOP & BTG packages Techno-Commercial finalization.

Ø Cooling tower & dosing packages Techno-Commercial finalization.

Ø Working knowledge of Primavera software for Planning and scheduling.

Project Erection

Ø Supervision for erection of Boiler structure, Pressure parts, ESP and Rotating Equipments –ID, FD and PA Fans.

Ø Handling site preparations, mobilization of contractors for carrying out erection activities.

Operation:

Ø Worked as a shift Engineer to take care of operation. Operations of the steam turbine, boiler, generator. Mainly the control room desk operations.

Ø During long shut down take care of preservation of Boiler, Steam Turbine and rotating equipment’s like PA fan, FD fan , ID fan and BFP.

 Actively involved in engineering team from initial stage of Project.
