I am a high energy professional who has more than 11 years of diversified experience in government consulting, agribusiness, project management, community mobilization and related field. After graduating from IRMA in 2013, I started my career with Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS) by grass root level implementation of a large-scale project called Jeevika in the state of Bihar. Working with BRLPS gave me the opportunity to gain hands on experience in diverse field like program implementation, community mobilization, livelihoods enhancement activities including agriculture and allied activities like backyard poultry. I moved on to work with IDFC bank with their rural banking division and played an important role in creating financial products targeted at rural population. I worked with technoserve India for 2.5 years, where i was managing a team of qualified professional involved in the implementation of large scale BMGF funded called WARDA(Women's Advancement in Agriculture and Rural Development). I have been working with Pricewaterhouse Coopers Private Limited for more than 5 years now. In these 5 years, I have gained valuable experience in multiple field like of government consulting, agribusiness, farm mechanization, food processing, Non timber forest produce, Business development and proposal writing and training and capacity building.
