  • Recovery Management–Ensuring to minimise credit loss by repossessing the vehicles of Bucket agreements with the help of legal team, liaison with local government Bodies and out sourced repossession agency and latter on maximise the loss recovery by selling the repossessed vehicles through auction at SAMIL and then initiation of shortfall recovery process through the help of internal retainer and panel of advocates.
  • Legal Management–Ensure timely intimation of instalments message dropped to borrowers, issuance of cautionary notices to high bucket and critical agreements. Monitoring all legal proceedings on Arbitration, Execution Petition, Section 9, 17,138 & 156 3. Attaining court mediations for settlement of Court Case Agreements.
