· Scrutinize of Utility & Vendors bills of Branches & ensure bills are paid within stipulated time.
· Centralized Admin procurement handling.

Facilities Management
· Responsible for renewal of Lease Licenses / Agreements & rental Payments.
· To take care of Repairs & Maintenance of all the branches.
Vehicle Management
· Monitoring schedules of vehicle pickup & drop.
· Checking the fuel availability in vehicles & generators.
· Periodic Maintenance & Maintenance required on emergency basis for vehicles.
· Monthly fuel records, Drivers overtime records.
Security & Housekeeping Services
· Deployment of Security Vendor & security personnel at all required locations.
· To ensure the cleanliness is maintained & the Checklist is followed.
· To be in regular follow ups for short fall on manpower.

Property Management
· To visit all the branches quarterly.
· To coordinate & convince the LL for structural repairs & maintenance.

Vendor Management
· To develop & sustain long standing relationship with Company
approved Vendors.
· To meet with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire
about their services, negotiate pricing, & communicate any product
or service-related concerns.
· To conduct research on available vendors to determine which
vendor offer the best pricing & product quality.
· To discover new vendors & to inform the responsibilities of the
Company’s approved vendors.
Leave & License Agreements
· To maintain records of all the Leave & License documents.
· To carry out timely renewals of the agreements.
· To ensure rent is paid to the owners on time.
· To maintain good relations with all owners.
· To negotiate with the owners for rent payable at the time of renewal.
Annual Maintenance Contract
· To take care of AMC for Air Conditioners, EPABX, RO, Generators
Fire Extinguishers.
· To renew the AMC after obtaining competitive quotations, ensuring
Proper & periodical maintenance of the Company’s Electric equipment including AC, EPABX, Generators.
· To negotiate during renewal of AMCs.
· To maintain details of AMC in an Excel Sheet.
· To maintain all AMC agreements in separate files.
Liasioning
· Liasioning with Electricity, Water & other Government &
Non-Governmental bodies.
Train Ticketing & Hotel Bookings
· To book a train tickets for an employees based on approval.
· To book a Hotel for guests & employees based on approval.
Event Management
· To organize & participate in all Cultural events, Pooja & meetings.
· Responsible for administration of all sites..
· Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
· Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
· Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
