-Recorded progress notes in EHR Epic (Hospital) and Practice Fusion (Clinic).
-Participated in daily rounds and presented cases to attendings, residents, and fellow externs.
-Performed histories and physical examinations on the daily office visits and made assessment and management plans accordingly.
-Participated in telemedicine consultation and counseled patients about diseases, medication adherence, and side effects.
-Ordered medications, laboratory tests, and radiological studies for the patients as advised by Dr. Gaziano after discussion of cases.
-Discussed New Emerging studies in Medicine’ Cologuard’ used for screening of colorectal cancer.

-Documented SOAP notes in the Epic EMR (Hospital) and Practice Fusion (clinic).
-Participated in daily rounds and discussed care plans of hospitalized patients.
-Presented review of ‘Young female with Cholangiocarcinoma and the USG findings ‘to attendings.
-Assisted clinic staff in venipuncture and applied clinical skills to correlate the laboratory data with patient’s medical conditions and symptoms.
-Participated in regular team meetings during hospice care visits and case conferences to discuss patient care and make necessary adjustments.
