• Developed hybrid call flows that accept both voice input and DTMF.
• Worked with GRXML, developed a grammar file, and integrated it with the IVR.
• Used ECMA scripting to parse JSON responses from the API and code other logical operations.
• Used Git for version control, ensuring smooth collaboration within the team, and maintaining project integrity through branching and merging strategies.
• Used different tools, such as Jenkins for code deployment, and Splunk to extract logs and debugging.

Worked as an IVR Developer on multiple projects based on the Genesys PureEngage On-Premise platform.

PROJECT - 1: Mr. Cooper Home Loans

• Developed hybrid call flows that accept both voice input and DTMF.
• Integration of the REST API and the used ticketing tool, VSTS (Azure DevOps Services).
• Developed Custom Jsp grammar file for dynamic Menu’s
• Managed Audio resource with ARM

PROJECT - 2: ICICI Prudential and ICICI Lombard.

• Managed and enhanced the existing IVR application.
• Created a web service in ASP.NET Core using a REST API to communicate with IVR.
• Added exception handling on existing call flows.
