Working as a Data Architect for a major data modernization initiative for a European Bank. The scope includes building a data modelling CoE , Data Management CoE within the bank and forming a data strategy for the bank.

• Have played lead roles in both consulting and technical delivery projects in Data &Analytics
• In Technical project delivery, played data architect role and lead a team building a prototype for a North American client on AWS
• The services used in the prototype are S3,Lamda,EMR,Spark Sql, Athena and AWS Quicksight
• The prototype includes data ingestion using Kafka/lamda functions and processing through EMR using Spark Sql
• Athena is used for adhoc-query on the S3 data
• Visualization is done through Quicksight
• Have also led a team building ETL pipelines for a north american insurance giant using Apache Spark on Mapr Hadoop distribution
• Have played role of a data architect and led a team building end to end solution for a US life insurance client on oracle cloud using Apache Spark, Oracle ODI with big data connectors and OFSAA data warehouse
• Earlier Have worked in multiple end to end Big data and Data warehouse implementations in multiple technologies and have played role of a Data Architect
• In consulting projects, worked for a north American bank in their current state and future state assessment for their MDM system on IBM platform
• Have worked for a US bank in their current enterprise architecture assessment
• Earlier worked with a south east Asian bank to assist them to build their RFP and create a
• RFP evaluator and a POC evaluator to assist the bank in vendor selection.This was for a major DW/BI and big data implementation project for the bank.

• Have worked as a solution architect in an US audit giant's offshore team and mainly worked in BI projects across the account
• Multiple projects were implemented using SSIS, SSRS, Informatica and Business Objects

Have worked as technical architect in multi year data modernization initiatives in the IBM platform

• As a Project Lead and have worked in a multi-year major application re- engineering project and data migration projects
• Have done a complete re-engineering of the ETL process from legacy Perl scripts to
• Informatica and also a database migration from sybase to oracle with a re-engineered data model.

• Worked as a consultant in fidelity for initial setup of their development centre in bangalore
• Have actively participated in transitioning application development and support from US to India
• Worked as a technical lead for Fidelity investments project where I have worked as a data architect and designed the semantic layer for the Brio (hyperion ) reporting fetching data from multiple databases.
