Responsible for managing & growing Strategic Merchants Portfolio QoQ (GMV>USD 2.5MN)
Preparing Qtrly JBP, set Qtrly GMV Targets & mapping activities for achieving the same
Planning & Execution of strategic projects- Quarterly Event Planning based on Retail Calendar, Forward Deployment Selection, Deals Promotion, etc.
Responsible for Supply Build-Up in Core & Focus leafs across sites along with Top Brand penetration based on velocity
Stock Planning with merchants & investment required on a Qtrly basis
Analytical Support & Data Insights:
1) Marketplace Based - Suggesting & providing insights on Trending Categories, Seasonality Trends, Fast moving Brands-Items-ASP Brackets, Geo Demands Analysis, etc.
2) Seller Based - Stock Volatility, Junk Supply with No IVs, Top Trending Keywords, QoQ ASP Analysis , Claim Rates Analysis,etc.
Responsible for Seller Health Metrics & maintaining all hygiene parameters in good standard
Promotional Planning & Execution- Planning Merchant level promotional activities and ensuring P&L at customer level is maintained.
Supply Hygiene- Responsible for improving supply hygiene by checking multiple tick boxes required for Item Page Visibility
Engaging with Acquisition Team to suggest onboarding requirements based on product demands & Brands
Coordination with IN & GL Stakeholders - Trust & Policy, Product, Analytics, Tech & others to resolve operational issues of merchants.
