- Signed exclusive service agreement with Food Corporation of India, overseeing project implementation at a cost of nearly 750 crores.
- The key feature of the project is that the entire handling of the food grains, right from receiving at Base Depots, cleaning and drying as well as storage and transportation to field depots is carried out in a bulk form, thus minimizing the losses. These units are notified procurement centers of FCI, where farmers deliver their produce directly in bulk form.
- Implemented fully automated operations to provide quick service, ensure transparent and accurate transactions, and facilitate timely payments to farmers.
- AALL (Adani Agri Logistics Ltd)handles 5,75,000 MT of food grain for FCI in the states of Punjab, Haryana, Utter Pradesh, Bihar and West Bengal.
- Another 3,00,000 MT of food grain is handled for the government of Madhya Pradesh. Additionally, AALL has expanded its footprints in Bihar, UP, Punjab, Haryana, Maharashtra & Gujarat with upcoming capacity of 4,00,000 MT.

- Ensured efficient project workflow by organizing and scheduling work tasks. with the Project Manager and Engineer of the Contractor and making a Work Progress Schedule in Ms-Project (Bar Chart) to run and finish the work in time.
- Preparing material schedule and submitting it to the purchase depart.
- Updated the schedule regularly to ensure timely project execution.
- Estimating the works to various contractors and laborers.
- Procuring various materials, tools, and plants as and when required from the client side.
- Preparing rate analysis for various items and extra amenities.
- Preparing the bills of various contractors (local) and forwarding them for payment to the accounts department.
- Checking the suppliers’ bills and forwarding them to the accounts departments.
- Study the BOQ, Specifications of work made by an architect do accordingly.
- Keep the director informed about material developments that might affect the company’s profit.
- Coordinated contractor meetings to review and enhance project advancement.
- Making minutes of the meetings and send to the directors of the company and marking copies for other regional heads.

- Coordinated with local community to effectively address and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- The hotel started its operation on 1st December 2014. My total service period is 4 years and 3 months.
