Experimental on Polymer Matrix Composite
In this project we tried on experiment in Polymer Matrix Composite( PMC ),the glass fiber reinforced with aluminium metal foils by Fiber Metal Laminates Principles and Finite Element method applied .
Adding Layers of glass plate ,glass sheet, matrix, Aluminium, Glass fiber repeating this into five layers and adding epoxy resin and under load in three days . Evaluation of tensile testing ,compression testing , Impact testing .
Found that tensile and strength of glass with aluminium powder i s higher than the glass fiber alone .Glass fiber with A1 Specimen was not failed and caused in bending
