I Will work with medical claims data and maintains the highest levels of data accuracy, security and integrity. Extensive, customization testing and data validation techniques. Will apply descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics across data sets to help to understand what happened, what could happen and most importantly, what should do.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design, development, testing and implementation of applications across systems.

- Developing data model to create reports and dashboards.
- Creating rich dashboards using Tableau Dashboard and applying actionable insights.
- Produce standard monthly reports using Tableau.

This project is mainly involved to provide the services and support to the HR Analytics Dashboard for AS Watson Group in UK.Its mainly focus on People analytics and HR administration process.
Responsibilities:
- Experienced on analyzing data in too detailed and describing data, interpreting data, theorizing data and importing data from database to showcase data in different visuals.
- Involved in Publishing of Various Kinds of Interactive data visualizations, Dashboards, and Workbooks from Tableau Desktop to Tableau Server.
- Designed & developed various Analytical Reports from Multiple Data Sources into BI tools as well as by Blending data on a single worksheet in Tableau Desktop.
- Experience in Creating Data Visualizations in Tableau like, Table, Area Charts, tree map, Line and Stacked bar Creating Custom Visualizations like Donut chart, Waterfall chart, Funnel chart, Bar Charts, Pie Chart, Bubble charts, Tree Map, Line Charts, Scatter plot, Highlight Tables, Bullet Graphs .
