  • In my very first project, my role was to develop bots and IQ Bots in a Python-AA Frame work which would extract data from different email attachments and push the data to MongoDb followed by creating the necessary work items in an ERP Software.
  • In th following project, I was handed the responsibility of leading a team of 10 (developers and QA) and lead the migration of AA bots to python where the responsibilities included devising a plan to set up necessary trainings to equip the team in Python, set a coding standard and deliver close to 15 projects in 6 months.
  • Currently, I am working as a Production support lead supporting web applications hosted in cloud and cloud based ETL Jobs wherein me and my team are responsible for the maintenance of 10 cloud based applications, resolution defects raised by users and developing enhancements.
  • Apart from timely resolution of my own tickets, I also oversee my team’s performance, build a practice within the team to effectively resolve the tickets and avoid internal mismanagement and perform code review of my subordinates.
  • Along with my regular project work, I was regularly involve myself in building small-medium POC's as a pitch for potential customers.
