· Experience in monitoring process parameter and work on continuous improvement.

· Accountable for completing of Batch as per the production plan, control on daily production output.

· Work along with R&D, Technology & Scaleup processes from lab to commercial.

· Design and developing the efficient manufacturing processes, analyzing and planning the equipment layout.

· Preparation and review of Process data sheets of process equipment’s like pumps, Reactors and special equipment’s like filtration equipment’s.

· Prepare and review of Process flow diagram for process based on product.

· Prepare and review of P&IDS

· Performing Steam and Power consumption calculations.

· Perform and review of hydraulic calculations

· Providing process documentation and operating instructions to ensure consistency and quality.

· Collaborating with other departments regarding manufacturing capabilities, Production schedules, and other consideration to facilitate the production processes.

· Troubleshoot new or existing product problems involving in design, materials, or processes.

· Involved in plant investigation team to resolve the problems or any deviations occurred during the product manufacturing with respective to quality and yield aspects.

· Taking sole responsibilities of daily shop floor activities. Planning and executing the manufacturing activities to achieve monthly targets.

· Man, Machine, Material availability pertaining to section to achieve Monthly and Yearly targets.

· Having the hands-on Batch manufacturing records requisition, Raw material requisition, Process solvents requisition in online tool as well as in written records. Preparation of all production BMR, plant SOPs, ECCs, EOPs and all production related annexure formats.

· Responsible for Handling cleaning procedure for machine, Area as per SOP in each stage of Production.

· Maintaining Batch record, Calibration records, Equipment utilization records.

· Hands on experience in operating DCS, PLC and SCADA to manufacturing the products effectively.

· Maintaining CGMP in all Aspects of Product synthesis to achieve consistent results and documented accordingly. Reviewing and submitting the product related documents to Quality Assurance on time.

· Coordinating with other departments like Quality assurance, Quality control, R&D and technical services for efficient handling of API and tackle the technical problems during manufacturing of products.

Always working with the safety environments, attending the first aid training and mock drill trainings to maintain the plant with zero near misses

• Handling of Reactor, Agitated Nutsche filter, Crystallizer, Centrifuge, Roto cone vacuum dryer,
• Maintained accurate records of daily production activities.
• Ensured safety regulations were followed by all personnel in the production area.
• Communicated effectively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow from start to finish.
• Ensured efficient utilization of resources across diverse teams and projects
