I am a final-year MBBS student at Government Medical College, Surat, with U.S. clinical experience through hands-on inpatient Psychiatry electives at Loretto Hospital in Chicago and Florida International University–affiliated hospitals in Miami. I also completed a Psychiatry rotation at a Weill Cornell–affiliated practice in White Plains, New York. I have cleared USMLE Step 1 and am currently preparing for Step 2. During my rotations, I actively participated in psychiatric case management, patient interviews, clinical documentation, and grand rounds. My research interests include treatment-resistant depression, psychopharmacology, and the neurobiological basis of psychiatric disorders, and I am currently authoring case reports and meta-analyses. I am dedicated to building a career in Psychiatry with a strong foundation in both clinical care and research.
