  • Presently, spearheading Recruitment & Delivery Team for professional staffing of all New Product/ IT New Clients / New B.D. Acquisition Clients; built the team from scratch from 4 RC to 24 RC & was rewarded just after three months for tremendous progress in Team performance & Delivery.
  • For Q2, 2022 & Q2, 2023, I was twice Awarded Best RM for Highest revenue generation from New Customers.
  • Since I was handed over B.D. Team to lead as a People Manager, I have pushed Team for higher Productivity, converting best number of Mandates to Business, with sustained operational discipline; multiple New Customers became Success story with 100% Mandate conversion and multiple Clients Outsourced their entire Recruitment process to Adecco, based on our Team's Customer Service;
  • Team Productivity quarter on quarter ranged from 2.0 to 4.5/more with all team members performing – I was Awarded for Q2, 2022 for Highest Revenue Generation, for Q2-June,202 for Highest Productivity (@ 4.5), Q2,2023 Awarded for Highest Productivity @ 3.5, I was also recognized for best Recruiter Productivity multiple months and quarters; Team also got recognized for converting difficult/non doable mandates to final business on table;
