Prepared Test Strategy for the Entire Program: I prepared the test strategy for the entire program, which involved identifying the testing objectives, defining the scope of testing, determining the testing approach, and identifying the required resources.
Worked and Handled Various Teams Under Strict Timeline: I worked with various teams involved in the project, including developers, business analysts, and other QA team members.
I was responsible for managing their workload and ensuring that they met their deadlines.
Recommended Risk-Based Testing as and When Required: I recommended a risk- based testing approach based on the criticality of the application.
Outlined the Scope and Testing Approach for Various Teams: I outlined the scope of testing for various teams and developed a testing approach that aligned with the project objectives.
Sent Daily Execution Status to All the Stakeholders: I provided daily status updates on the execution of test cases and the progress of the testing activities to all stakeholders involved in the project.
Conducted Centralized Defect Calls for All the Applications and Helped Fix the Issues Found: I conducted daily centralized defect calls for all the applications to identify the defects found, prioritize them, and help the development team to fix them.
Helped in Reports Testing: I also contributed to the testing of reports generated by the applications and ensured their accuracy.
Managed My Own QA Team: I managed my own QA team and provided them with guidance and direction on their testing activities.
Brought BSA and Different QA Together: Whenever a defect required a business opinion, I facilitated communication between business analysts and QA team members to resolve the issue.
Conducted Troubleshoot Calls to Get the Sev1 Closed ASAP: I conducted troubleshooting calls to get the Sev1 issues closed as soon as possible. I worked closely with the development team to identify and resolve any critical issues that were affecting the project timeline.
Project: MCA (Multiple Currency Account) projects for supporting cash transfers in multiple currencies through mobile and web applications.
