· Conducted over 30 camping programmes both residential and day programmes and impacted over 1000 children.

· Worked with multiple clients across sectors like Banking, Healthcare, Industrial Products, Manufacturing and IT.

· Supported in building and development of the EY GDS Kerala compliance shared services team. Was involved in hiring and training of team members and managing of compliance engagements.

· Was a key member involved in the setup and development of the Internal Audit Centre of EY GDS.

· Led the team that developed Compliance registers for over 10 countries for three leading bank and its branches in the Middle East.

· Performed controls mapping assessment in line with regulatory requirements and policy and procedures for a leading bank and its branches across the Middle East.

· Key team member and lead of multiple offshore internal audit assignments. Processes audited includes Procurement, Contracts Review, Supply Chain, Legal and compliance, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, underwriting. Etc.

· Key team member of multiple SOX engagements and have performed SOX readiness assessments, Test of Design and Test of Effectiveness for clients across UK and Americas.

· Involved in the preparation of proposals and other key business development initiatives to be submitted to the clients offering the EY Risk Advisory Portfolios.

· Was part of the team that prepared Policy and Procedures, Process Documentation (Flowcharts and narratives) for various clients.

· Was the creator of the proposal generator which one the best Innovation Contest Award for the year 2020, GDS MENA.

· Developed a document repository for the Onsite EY Teams and Internal Risk Team. It involved development of standard documents (proposals, audit templates, tools and enablers, , Risk and Control Matrix, Reports, Audit Observations ...etc).

Involved in a number of Internal Audit Assignments, SOX Compliance Reviews and High Risk Transaction Reviews.
