Served as Legal Advisor to Hatti Food & Beverages, working on the brand Hatti Kaapi. Responsible for drafting, vetting, and negotiating contracts between business members and stakeholders, ensuring terms were legally sound and aligned with commercial interests. Led discussions with various external entities to review, refine, and secure approval of contractual terms, facilitating smooth execution of business agreements.

Acted as legal advisor on a high-volume real estate transaction pipeline, drafting and vetting over 400 contracts to facilitate sale transactions between ADA and the vendor, as well as subsequent conveyances from the vendor to end purchasers. Work included structuring and reviewing agreements to ensure enforceability and protection of client interests, conducting due diligence on title and property records prior to execution, and advising on litigation risk and contractual clauses, including indemnity, default, and dispute resolution provisions to safeguard against future disputes.
