I am a fellowship trained vitreo-retinal surgeon with over 10 years of experience in doing all types of surgical retina procedures including both simple and complex retinal surgeries. So far i have performed around 4000 major retina surgeries, 6000 to 7000 retinal laser procedures, 7000-8000 intravitreal injections and over 4000 phacoemulsification cataract surgeries. My special interest is in complex diabetic vitrectomies, tractional retinal detachments, macular surgeries and managing complicated cataract surgeries.i have developed a modified scleral band buckle placement technique which is widely used in india and was published in prestigious indian journal of ophthalmology
