Experienced Academic Director and Care Pastor with a strong passion for leadership development, academic excellence, and pastoral care. Currently leading at a 2500 + non-denominational church, where I oversee the design, implementation, and management of a college program that equips students for effective ministry or marketplace leadership. As Academic Director, I have spearheaded curriculum development, faculty coordination, and student mentorship, fostering a culture of both learning and spiritual growth. Alongside my academic leadership, I serve as a care pastor, providing pastoral support to the congregation and ensuring a holistic approach for individuals and families. My dual role has deepened my commitment to nurturing leaders who are not only theologically grounded but also equipped to serve with compassion and integrity. I have a vision to build a college experience dedicated to leadership development. I am eager to pursue a Doctor of Missiology to enhance my ability to shape an innovative educational frameworks that will prepare the next generation of leaders for global ministry.
From August 2012 to September 2018, I worked in various educational and therapeutic roles, including as a middle school teacher, special education teacher, and behavioral therapist. In these positions, I developed strong skills in communication, problem-solving, data analysis, and collaboration. I gained hands-on experience working with diverse populations, creating and implementing individualized plans, and adapting to the unique needs of students.
