Requirement planning:

  • Identifying requirements through collaborations with the project teams and creating a weekly plan

Recruitment cycle experience:

  • Sourced and screened candidates for Technical / Non-Technical roles and worked with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.
