KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Factory Audit, Manufacturing Process Audit, Pre shipment Inspection (PSI) and supply chain traceability of Solar PV module in India and overseas Supplier.

• Sound Knowledge of Solar cell and Solar Module technology and manufacturing process(Multi, Mono, PERC,HJT, Bifacial, BIPV, Half cut).
• Familiar with product Standards- IEC-61215-1, 61215-2, IEC-61730-1, 61730-2, IEC-62804, UL1703 and Reliability test of solar module.
• Inline inspection as per Approved QAP and SOP and Acceptance criteria, Verification of RM BOM as per CDF or BIS, Product Certificates and Documents and Perform Raw material test.
•Monitoring and control of process to reduce Rework, Visual and EL defects.
• Improvement of Process and product quality by finding and Analysis of stage wise Non conformities and solving the quality issues using Quality tools and Root cause Analysis.
• Verification of equipment (Laminator, Flash tester) validation and calibration for better accuracy of product parameters.
• PSI (Pre shipment Inspection) of Solar module as per AQL Level and Perform below various test as per IEC or IS Standard.
•Flash test, EL Test, Visual Inspection, PID, LID, HV test, Wet Leakage test, Mechanical load test, Insulation Resistivity Test, Ground continuity test, low irradiance test, Thermography test, Gel content, Peel strength test, Robustness test ,Hot spot endurance test, Bypass diode test as per IEC Standard 61215-1 and 61215-2.
• Factory audit (vendor Assessment) at Solar Pv manufacturing company as per standard and SOP.
• Plant capacity and equipment.
• Accreditations and certifications.
• Incoming material store and IQC Lab.
• Quality management system.
• Audit of packaging area and finished product warehouse.
• Reliability test Lab Facility.

Ø Factory inspection of Solar PV module for various EPC.

Ø Performing In process Inspection and Performing Pre shipment Inspection as per Approved QAP/SOP and Acceptance criteria, Verification of RM BOM as per CDF/BIS, Product Certificates and Documents and Perform Raw material test.

· Monitoring and control of process to reduce Rework % , Visual and EL defects.

· Improvement of Process and product quality by Analysis of stage wise Non conformities and carry out RCA and CAPA of Ncs.

· Verification of equipment (Laminator, Flash tester) validation and calibration for better accuracy of product parameters.

Ø Performing factory audit (vendor Assessment) at Solar Pv manufacturing company as per standard QAP and SOP.

Ø Responsible for leading project for solar PV module inspection and Carried out more than 1.2 GW solar PV module Inprocess and Pre dispatch Inspection at solar PV manufacturing in India.

Ø Factory inspection for other Electrical and Electronics components like Inverter, Cable, UPS,HT/LT cable, Transformer, Motor, Solar Rooftop power Plant etc. at manufacturing plant for various EPC buyers and client.

Ø Production Management and quality control of Solar Pv Modules (Multi, Mono, Bifacial, double glass).

Ø Improving the productivity with quality and compliance of product standards by implementing new test set-ups and by implementation of Lean manufacturing system like 5s Philosophy, JIT, Kaizen, Six sigma, TQM, TPM etc.

Ø Achieving targets and deadlines as per Schedules.

Ø Process Rejection analysis, customer complaint analysis and reduction plan trough QC story.

Ø Manpower management and Training schedules for new employees and operators.

Ø Maintaining machine uptime and health condition of Key Machines like Stringer M/c, Laminator, Framing, Flash Tester etc..

Ø Attending Break down and resolving issues without disturbing the production activities.

Ø Maintaining all documents as per ISO standard and analysis of departmental objectives.

Ø Calibration of Sun simulator using Gold or Bronze module for better accuracy of flash tester.

Ø Managing raw material consumption and minimize scrap.

Ø Preparation of monthly and yearly MIS.

• Ø Production, Planning and quality Management of Solar PV Modules.

Ø I have more than 4.5 years of experience in different fields in Design, Production, quality and Maintenance departments at M/s. Topsun Energy Limited (Solar module manufacturing industry in Gujarat.)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Production Management and quality control of Solar Pv Modules.

Ø Improving the productivity with quality and compliance of product standards by implementing new test set-ups and by implementation of Lean manufacturing system like 5s Philosophy, JIT, Kaizen, Six sigma, TQM, TPM etc.

Ø Achieving targets and deadlines as per Schedules.

Ø Manpower management and Training schedules for new employees and operators.

Ø Maintaining all documents as per ISO standard and analysis of departmental objectives.

Ø Managing raw material consumption and minimize scrap.

Ø Preparation of monthly and yearly MIS.

Ø Designing of Modules as per customer requirements and product standards.

Ø Obtaining product certificates such as IEC, UL, CE & MNRE guidelines. Also IMS for ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001. Performing external or surveillance audit of IEC,CE and ISO system.

Ø Checking critical parameters of inward raw materials by Performing gel content, peel strength using quality equipments, Improving In process quality and final quality control.

Ø Responsible for calibration of all equipments and machinery.

Ø Preparing & monitoring preventive maintenance schedules and inspection checklist of equipments. (AutoTabber Stringer, Conveyor line, EL tester, lamination, framing machine, Sun simulator and QC equipments etc.) Maintaining machine uptime and health condition.

Attending Break down and resolving issues without disturbing the production activities.

Ø Installation and commissioning of 150 Mw Automatic Solar module manufacturing line.
