6 MWh Battery Energy Storage System for Metro Railway, Kolkata.

• Description: Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery in emergency power supply (BESS) for feeding underground stations, air conditioning, tunnel ventilation systems, and hauling stranded metro rakes in case of grid failure.
• Role: Selection of AC/DC breakers and DC fuses, Insulation monitoring device AC/DC (IMD). Auxiliary power consumption (UPS), SLD preparation, documentation for FAT and SAT (IEC-62933) and operational philosophy for the system.

1.5MWh off grid BESS for Military Engineer Service (MES)- Leh, Ladakh

• Description: To Energize the load with 1500kw Solar and 1500 PCS Battery storage system.
• Role: Site SLD preparation, selection of auxiliary transformer, communication SLD preparation, operational philosophy design, integration and checking the converter operation at 13000ft altitude.

Static VAR Generator (100kVA, 300kVA)

• Description: The Static VAR Generator is an IGBT-based VSI converter that compensates for reactive power and selective harmonics (5, 7, 11, 13) created by the load and unbalance in the system. SVG is used for voltage stability improvement and harmonics mitigation to maintain the displacement power factor (PF) unity and THD < 5% (IEEE-519) standard.
• Role: selection of components (IGBT, DC capacitor, MCCB), design of gate driver, heat sink, filter (LCL), auxiliary supply, and testing of the system.
