- Currently managing the Sales portfolio in Daimler which covers 5 active projects and L2/L3 level support JAVA and .NET technology apps (around 45 apps).
- I was in Portland USA taking care of the same role until Oct 2021 and now continuing the same from Offshore India.
- At the start of the engagement worked as Transition manager and successfully completed the Transition for a huge scope of 140+ apps in Sales, Marketing, Aftermarket and Finance portfolios.
- Driving and managing 5 active projects out of which 3 of them are Digitalization project and rest of them are integration/API-fication projects.
- Successfully completed the phase 1 of these 5 projects in 2021.

- During this tenure i have executed multiple exiting Digitalization projects on the Online Warranty Link program which takes care of warranty operations for 4 business units.
- I was driving the key strategic transformation initiative from TCS for the modernization of warranty application in terms of the Technology and Business. We presented the roadmap to CIO and got the opportunity to start with pre-requisites as projects.
1. Started with Rules Rationalization in Warranty app (5000+ rules analyzed) and Rules Engine Evaluation (11 licensed tools and 6 open sources) upon 30 + criteria's- 6 months.
2. Implemented the Red Hat Rules Engine which was picked by DTNA - 2 months.
3. Modernized the product management module with the latest Angular UI, Service oriented architecture, with dockerised and CI-CD pipeline. Along side the entire product management module was transformed to improve the User experience. New Dashboard and workflow driven process were designed and implemented- 6 months. - As part of this project i was driving a team of architect and developers to perform the rules extraction, 100's of review meeting with business and rationalization of effective rules.
- Performed the evaluation of the rules engine and designed a cloud ready architecture and implemented them.
- I have reached out to the 13+ vendors across the globe to understand their product, demo and did evaluation from both business experience and technology easiness.
