Since 2007, Pavail & his family have been pioneers in the field of Organic Farming in Punjab. Using this 13.5 acre land as a canvas where a multi fruit orchard, a vegetable garden, a goat farm, free range poultry, a cow milk dairy in addition to open field farming of wheat, basmati rice, sugarcane, mustard & pulses grow in harmony, thriving under the philosophy of Integrated organic farming. Setting up a sustainable farmstay, he invites everyone into the heartland of Punjab, immersing them into the region's culture & culinary experiences.
In 2010, the Prince of Wales, Prince Charles (now King Charles III) walked through Hansali Organic Farm recognizing this sustainable initiative to the earth, its community & nature's bounty.
The Hansali Organic Farm is approved by Punjab Agro since 2011 & Punjab Heritage & Tourism Promotion Board since 2019. It offers more than just a stay, it offers a journey as Pavail Gill crafts an engaging & educational authentic experience of life on his working farm. Keeping alive Punjab's culinary and festive experiences, he also supports the local artisanal and creator communities. The organic produce of Hansali farm is distributed through more than 150 homes daily with integrity & purity.
