• Model building and maintaining in Blue Yonder and PSO optimizer, providing safety stock norms for Finished Goods mainly, Raw & Packaging Materials if required

• Initiate product listing/delisting/withdrawal in conjunction with Marketing, Demand & Supply Planning teams

• Ensured availability of raw materials & packing materials as per production plans shared on a monthly and weekly basis
• Carried out Material Resource Planning for the RMs & PMs within seven days of production plan release and collaborated with central & regional procurement, regional material planning, and unit teams for material availability
• Minimized material write-offs by timely moving non-moving or high inventory materials and getting shelf-life extension approvals in the case of RMs
• Facilitated smooth launch of new products, change in recipes, and promotional activities by planning and maintaining material transitions closely

• Ensured on-time full supply of stocks and low out-of-stock at the customer end at the lowest cost possible by regularly optimizing the supply network using i2 optimizer and executing the changes required
