Installed Level transmitters for all chemical tanks and interlock provided for unloading pump tripping on high level.

• Supervised installation, calibration, and maintenance of pressure, flow, level, and temperature transmitters of HART protocol.
• Handled control valves – sizing, positioner calibration & diagnostics.
• Conducted preventive maintenance periodically to reduce instrument failure rates.
• Prepared & maintained documentation such as instrument index(BOM), loop diagrams, and calibration reports.
• Troubleshot and resolved field instrumentation issues, minimizing process interruptions.
• Implemented logic changes to improve safety interlocks and process efficiency.
• Supported plant shutdown & commissioning activities in Screwpress for instrumentation systems.

Project: Automation of Evaporator 6 – Soda Recovery Plant

• After analyzing the process, suggested few solutions such as measuring Differential pressure across Demisters in Evaporator calendria to find for jamming.
• Suggested to measure DP across filters in Weak black liquior line to find for jamming and avoid major breakdown.
• Suggested to measure consistency of weak black liquor to monitor fibers concentration, which may cause Evaporator break down.
