• Administration in Vmanage, Vbond, Vsmart, and Vedge devices as part Cisco SDWAN.
• Collaborate on network implementation, optimization, and continuing network management with clients, vendors, carriers, and technical personnel.
Following the change process to understand project needs and apply daily changes in network devices such as firewalls, SD-WAN, switches, and routers.

• CATO Network SDWAN Infrastructure Administration
• Management of incidents and changes with HPSM, ServiceNow, Fresh Service and BMC Helix
• Monitor firewall security events and report any security incidents to the client's security team for further investigation.

• Expertise in IT operation management, maintaining core network components
• Level 1 network operations include switching VLANs in access switches and providing support to L2 teams.
• Working with the L2 and Data Service teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Handling escalated tickets and reporting incident tickets to the appropriate team.
