- Handle full bookkeeping responsibilities for a real-estate portfolio with multiple intercompany entities.
- Prepare, review, and reconcile intercompany accounts, ensuring accuracy across related entities and proactively resolving discrepancies.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain clean, audit-ready ledgers across all assigned entities.
- Oversee payroll processing, including PAYE and NIC reconciliation, ensuring accurate and compliant submissions.
- Use Hubdoc and IRIS OpenSpace for document management, invoice capture, and maintaining organized digital client records.
- Assist with year-end accounts preparation, including working papers, accounts pack support, and preparation of initial schedules.
- Support senior accountants with compliance tasks, financial analysis, and routine management reporting.
