Personal Expense Tracker Using Python

• Key Features:
  Add expense: Users can enter the name, category, and amount of an expense.
  View expenses: A table is generated displaying all expenses.
  Edit expense: Users can update the name, category, or amount of an existing expense.
  Delete expense: Expenses can be removed from the tracker.
  Total expense calculation: The total sum of all expenses is displayed on the main page.
  Generate CSV report: We will create a route that generates the list of expenses in CSV format.
  Generate JSON report: Another route will generate the list of expenses in JSON format.
