Incident Management (ICMs): Managed critical incident responses (ICMs) for the RE-DI project, ensuring seamless service recovery and resolution.

Policy Compliance – VM Extensions & Governance: Ensured compliance by adding necessary VM extensions when not installed automatically and remediating policies to enforce required configurations. Created and implemented custom Azure policies aligned with organizational standards to enforce tagging, security baselines, and resource configurations across subscriptions.
Service Endpoints – Software Distribution: Configured service endpoints for virtual machines to securely access Azure Storage accounts, ensuring that the latest software packages could be reliably pushed and retrieved during deployments.
Private Endpoints – Secure Access Provisioning: Enabled secure access to Azure Storage accounts for a client team member by creating private endpoints, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with network isolation standards. Environments
