Sr PMO Analyst
- Involved in the Planning, Controlling, Finance Management, staffing and Assurances of Projects
- Actively involved in Agile style of working programs
- Actively participate in ISO 19001 audit by providing the required evidence
- Prepare and publish IBM Metrics to the Governances team
- Assist Project Manager for Resource Management (Staffing, IT assets and software) within the project
- Project Financial management: including Forecasting quires, track overall project forecasting and consolidating accruals, compiling latest forecast and solving finance issues for projects
- Working knowledge of Project Finances
- Control and Manage budget, Coordinate and Maintain DS & P (Data security & Privacy) in the project on the on/off boarding checklist items
- Actuals & estimates of the project and update the same in IPWC Prepare status reports (Weekly/ Monthly) & Standup Committee report and get involved in these meetings
- Provide project management consultancy including IBM methodology guidelines (Project Delivery Framework), project planning and dashboard Reporting
- Reporting invoice, Client & IBM labor claim reconciliation
- Preparing of shift and stand by report and labor claim dump with non-billable hours
- Provide Insights to leadership for both Annual strategic plan and operating plan Responsible for tracking and monitoring progress of project office as well as coordinate delivery dates, on/off Boarding's and maintaining MOM (Minutes of meeting) Proactively ensure project assurance compliance by doing frequent audit and checks along with the project manager
